What you get in a Magnolia hand wash
Our packages step up from a straight exterior hand wash to the Total Look, but the method never changes: clean mitts, clean water, and hands on every panel — including the parts a tunnel tends to miss, like door jambs and wheel faces.
The Deluxe Hand Wash, our most-booked package, includes:
- Exterior hand wash with soft mitts — bumper to bumper, top to rocker panels
- Windows cleaned inside and out, so there's no film at night
- Full interior vacuum — carpets, mats, seats and between the seats
- Wheels and tires cleaned
- Air freshener before you drive off
Step up to Super Deluxe or Total Look and the interior and finish work goes further; the Special Deals finish a Total Look with leather conditioner, spray hand wax, silicon wax or ceramic hand wax. If what your car really needs is paint correction, seats shampooed or a wax that lasts a season, that's a detailing job — and we do those too.
How the pricing works
Two things move the price, and neither of them is a surprise at the register. Vehicle size is the first: cars are one tier, and trucks, SUVs and vans are the next — a Deluxe Hand Wash is $30 for a car and $35 for a large vehicle. Electric vehicles carry a small additional charge, which is shown to you when you book.
Beyond that, the final price is confirmed at the shop. A lifted dually, a work truck that's been on a job site, or an interior that's had a bad week are honest reasons a price moves — and we'd rather talk about it before we start than at the end. Nothing is charged online. You pay when the work is done and you've had a look at it.

Why we've never installed a brush.

How much does a car wash cost in Santee?

Do you wash trucks, SUVs, vans and lifted vehicles?
Yes. Large vehicles have their own pricing tier on every package, and 25+ years of hand washing means we’ve handled everything from daily drivers to dually trucks.
Can you wash a Tesla or another EV?
Yes — hand washing is a gentler option than a tunnel for the big flat panels and soft paint most EVs come with. EVs carry a small additional charge, which is shown when you book.
