These terms cover your use of the Magnolia Car Wash website and the booking it provides. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them. We've kept them plain.

Booking an appointment

Booking online sends us an appointment request. It's confirmed once our team approves it (you'll get a confirmation if you provided an email).
Please arrive at your scheduled time. Appointment times are best-effort and may shift slightly during busy periods.
You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or by calling (619) 562-0816.

Pricing & payment

We do not take payment online. You pay in person at the shop.
Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your vehicle (size/type, e.g. cars vs. heavy or oversized trucks, SUVs, and vans; electric vehicles may incur an additional charge) and is confirmed in person before service.
Prices and services may change at any time.

Loyalty program

Buy 7 qualifying washes and your 8th wash is free. Progress is tracked by your phone number.
A visit counts only when our team completes the service; no-shows do not earn credit.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and the program's terms may change or end at our discretion.

Our service & your vehicle

We take great care with every vehicle, by hand. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as prior damage, worn or loose trim, aftermarket parts, or paint/clear-coat already compromised.
Please remove valuables and personal items before service; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
If you believe an issue resulted from our service, tell a team member before leaving so we can make it right.

Acceptable use of this site

Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, submit false or automated bookings, or access areas you're not authorized to use. We may cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Magnolia Car Wash is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or a booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under California law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
